SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join the fantabulous Bellville team. The role involves processing supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining records up to Trial Balance. Proficiency in SAGE Evolution, strong numerical skills, and comfort with routine finance and admin tasks are essential
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance or creditors role
- Accounts Payable:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain and reconcile cashbooks, perform daily bank reconciliations
- Proven hands-on experience with SAGE Evolution (non-negotiable).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
