Bookkeeper with LegalSuite

SUMMARY:
A Legal firm based in Centurion would like to employ a bookkeeper to start as soon as possible. Ideally this candidate needs to be able to take on new employment in January to ensure a hand-over.

POSITION INFO:

A Legal firm based in Centurion would like to employ a bookkeeper to start as soon as possible. Ideally this candidate needs to be able to take on new employment in January to ensure a hand-over.

 

Minimum requirements

• Bookkeeping experience up to Trail Balance
• Available to take on new employment as soon as possible
• LegalSuite experience (essential)

 

Duties:

• Bookkeeping to Trail Balance
• Month end reporting
• Payroll (± 7 staff members)
• Reconciliations

 

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8h00 to 16h30

                              Friday: 8h00 to 15h30

 

Salary: R15000 to R28000 depending on experience
