POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have +- 3 years Bookkeeper experience.
• Must specialise in XERO software.
• Must be accurate and willing to learn.

 

Job Description:

• Capturing of Monthly Management Fees and Reports on XERO
• Capturing of Credit Notes of the company and recoveries and Return and Debits on XERO
• Capture Supplier Invoices on a weekly basis on XERO.
• Opening of new customer accounts on XERO.
• Adding payments to the Expenses once credit card holders have uploaded and approved on XERO.
• Reconciliation of Credit Card.
• Debit Orders: liaising with Credit Control to ensure Debit orders run correctly to the detailed ledger for recoveries.
• Reconciling customer payments and sending the CFO a detailed excel sheet of where customer allocation as gone to and if in different company where it needs to be transferred to.
• Arrangement and liaison: Upgrades, new staff cell phone contract, blacklisting and insurance.
• Fraud check: ITC and Criminal checks for new recruits and follow up of outstanding documentation required.
• Helping Auditors: Pulling information required and formulating spreadsheets to make audit easier.
• Ordering of office consumables and stationery.
• Adhoc responsibilities not included in this list.

 

Qualifications

 

• Minimum qualification – Diploma in Finance or any related qualification.
