SUMMARY:
A position exist with our client in Wonderboom for a Bookkeeper

POSITION INFO:

3-4 Years experience in a similar
Reconciliation and Capturing of Cashbooks all cashbooks, ensuring every line item on Cashbook is supported by a document that has been authorised my relevant manager.
Capturing Creditors and Debtors invoices.
Ensuring all documents are VAT compliant.
Reconciling of Inter-company loan accounts.
Monthly Accruals.
Reconciliation of PAYE; VAT.
Monthly VAT reports for efiling.
Filing of documents.
Ensure that audit files are prepared on time and accurately
Must be experienced in Pastel Partner and Pastel Evolution.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
