SUMMARY:
Seeking experienced Trial Balance Bookkeeper.

POSITION INFO:

Main responsibilities:

Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance for the business
Capturing and authorising payments on the electronic banking platform;
Preparing payroll input/payroll related administration (although not processing that is currently outsourced);
Monitoring of controls, policies and procedures through checks and reconciliations;
Preparation of monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts;
Maintain asset register.
