Bookkeeper, Silver Lakes (Pretoria East)

POSITION INFO:

A well-established and reputable company in the wholesale/packaging/retail industry is seeking a Mature Male or Female to appoint as a Bookkeeper very urgently.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Bookkeeping/Financing Diploma at a tertiary institute
Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping Experience
Computer literate – Basic Windows Applications (Excel / Word).
Pastel Evolution.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
Responsible and reliable
Must be willing to work hard

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Full debtors and Creditors accounting function.
Administer cash-ups and banking.
Cashbook postings and reconciliations.
Manage expenses and budget.
Administer Petty-Cash payments / allocations and reconciliations.
Salary preparations.
Preparation of SARS Monthly Returns.
General administrative work / other duties required by management.
Feedback to management
