SUMMARY:
Our client, a very well know Packaging Company in Port Elizabeth, is looking to employ a bookkeeper to commence duties soonest.

Pastel Experience is a must for this position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • The bookkeeper will be in control of all the financial aspects of the company
  • Creditors 
  • Debtors
  • Recons
  • Trial Balances
  • Work alongside the companies accounting firm
  • Tax submissions
  • Payroll 
  • Load all information on Pastel so that reports can be generated on a daily basis if needed.
Support will be provided that you will have 2 people assisting you with the debtors and creditors function and you will have the aid of the auditing firm that the company uses.

Candidate Salary is negotiable and will be re-evaluated after three months.
