Bookkeeper - Paarden Eiland - R15,000 per month

POSITION INFO:

Bookkeeper - Paarden Eiland - R15,000 per month

Experience:

QuickBooks (Advantageous)
Pastel Payroll experience
Have a degree, diploma or at least 5 years’ experience in accounting
Matric certificate
IFRS for SME’s

Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliation on a daily basis
Petty cash reconciliation on a daily basis and controlling petty cash
Payroll on Pastel Payroll on a monthly basis
Capturing expenses
Suppliers paid on a monthly basis and suppliers reconciliation on a monthly basis
Invoicing for subletting of property
Refunds – Banking online, pay genius and credit card payments
Depreciations on a monthly basis
Helping the financial manager with management accounts on a monthly basis
VAT and EMP201 summaries to be submitted on efiling on a monthly basis
Capturing refunds paid to our clients on our accounting system
General accounting
Accounting of the disposal/additions of fixed assets
Help with statutory financial reporting (income tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF, Financial statements)
