SUMMARY:
Full Bookkeeping and Admin management role for skilled Bookkeeper with office management skills.

POSITION INFO:

This exciting role is for a dynamic Bookkeeper who enjoys being the Office Manager and Bookkeeper within this busy space. Great company with structure and systems in place.

Requirements:

Matric with relevant Financial qualification
Working experience as Bookkeeper
Debtors and Creditors Control experience
Strong accounting and numerical skills
Accounting software experience - SAGE, Pastel, VIP, Accpac or SAP
ADVANCED Excel skills
Excellent communication skills

Duties:

Full Bookkeeping Function to Trial Balance
Supplier recons
Reconcile Creditors age analysis to Creditors Account
Monthly payments and reporting
Manage full function of creditors / debtors and recons
Managing purchase orders for payment
Processing of supplier invoices for foreign and local purchases
Analysis in variances
Posting to Cash Book
Debtors Management
Creditors Management
Monitor all movements of invoicing, credit notes, journals
Monthly Bank reconciliation
Cash Book allocations and processed accurately
Journal entries
Managing of Petty Cash
Ad hoc financial administration duties

Role is ideal for a dynamic Bookkeeper / Office manager that enjoys assisting a team and to be part of a busy organisation.
