SUMMARY:
Our client in Cape Town is currently on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to start soonest.

The company is based in Epping Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Must be able to handle all debtors and creditors of the company. Very strong Debt collecting skills.
Pastel knowledge is a must
Sage online accounting would be a plus
Must be able to work on excel and word documents
Efiling and PAYE, Vat returns experience a must
Must be able to process up to Trial Balance
Will be thought how to do client integrations
Tax Return knowledge is a must

Minimum Requirements:

Pastel accounting have at least 3 years work experience on Pastel Recently worked on Pastel
Pastel Payroll fully experienced
Excellent Excel
Preferably non-smoker
Team player but also able to work on own and use initiave
work very closely with the accountants on a weekly basis
