JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
Load and manage creditors’ accounts and invoices
Load and manage debtors’ accounts
File all electronic source documentation and manage the filing system
Prepare and load daily payments onto banking profiles
Prepare monthly invoices
Process bank statements
Process monthly inter-entity loan accounts
Other ad hoc accounting duties required

Skills & Experience:
Accounting system/ ERP experience beneficial
Great communication skills
Detail-orientated and accurate
Team player who is able to work under pressure

Qualification:
Matric non-negotiable
Bookkeeping/ financial certificate or diploma advantageous
