Looking for a bookkeeper with 5 years of industry experience and a Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management. If you have the above experience, this is your opportunity to apply.

Diploma In Accounting/Finance Management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to generate management information in Excel

Pastel Non-Negotiable
Attention to detail and deadlines (essential)
Sage
Advanced Excel

Job description:

Capturing on Pastel-Bank statements, credit card payments and reconcile to credit card statement.
Loading of supplier payments onto the banking site
Accurately capture invoices
Payroll-Uploading documents for salaries including the calculation of commission & updating leave register.
Ensure financial and HR compliance-statutory documents.
Debtor and creditors management -credit control & business retention
Complete and provide back-up on VAT returns.
Updating and processing of fixed assets register, including monthly depreciation journal provide management information.
