JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • Certificate in Bookkeeping or,
  • Studying towards a BCom Accounting
Skills:
  • Excel Advanced – Non negotiable
  • Pastel
Job description:
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Processing supplier invoices and PO’s
  • Loading supplier payments onto online banking
  • Drafting payment requisitions for supplier payments
  • Assisting the Financial Accountant where needed
