Bookkeeper - Cape Town - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team.

Requirements:

Completed or studying towards Financial Diploma (NQF5) or relevant tertiary financial qualification will be advantageous
5+ years work experience in a similar financial position
Accpac or Pastel experience

Responsibilities:

Process cashbook daily
Process AR invoices daily
Process AP invoices daily and prepare for payment
Process monthly petty cash
Process monthly expenses / accruals
General ledger reconciliations
Prepare month end managment financial reports
Reconcile AR buyers accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
Process and submit PAYE, UIF, SDL
Process and submit VAT
Process daily sales stats
Balancing daily cash received

Please note that this role does require extensive travelling.
