SUMMARY:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for timely and accurate processing of tasks within the Finance
Department. They must communicate with their peers within the company to assure that all transaction
flow through the system with accuracy to create IFRS compliant financial statements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accounting qualification/ diploma with an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of accounting practices from processing journals through to general ledger reconciliation
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of the SAGE Evolution Accounting software
- intermediate MS Office skills
- greater than 5 years’ experience working in an accounting department is advantageous
- Prior experience with job costing will be advantageous
