Bookkeeper

Qualification & Experience

· Matric and a Tertiary qualification (ie. Bookkeeping Diploma)
· Minimum 3 years Bookkeeping experience
· Syspro       

Duties:
·         Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
·          Record transactions in the correct journals and post the entries to the relevant ledger accounts within Syspro – Journal processing
·         Month-end close, including cashbook and bank reconciliations
·         Bring the books to the trial balance stage
·         Enter data, maintain financial records and create reports
·         Process accounts receivable/payable (Invoice processing)
·         Cash book function
·         Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
·         Travel reconciliation
·         Adhoc tasks

Administrative
·         Good planning & organizing skills;
·         Understand the importance of time limits and prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
·         Ability to understand instructions and to accurately execute them, without excuses and delay
·         A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
·         Strong communication skills across all areas
·         Pays attention to detail
