JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bookkeeper (POS345)

Bryanston

R 20 000 to R 25 000 per month

Requirements:

BCom Accounting Degree or relevant diploma.
SAIPA accreditation beneficial.
4 – 5 years’ experience in debtors accounts.
2 years’ experience in the property industry beneficial.
Xero/Sage One accounting experience.
Online banking
Strong Excel capabilities

Duties:

Transaction processing
Deposit write-backs
Calculating interest earned
Reconcile levy statements
Deal with account queries
Checking the levy schedule
Processing of month end journals
Preparation of monthly reports
Bank reconciliations
Reporting and updating schedules
