SUMMARY:
Actively looking for a bookkeeper, that will be fully involved in the organization to make sure goals and maximum potential is reached.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Stock Costings of stock imported from Foreign Suppliers
- Processing of Invoices and Credit Notes on Pastel Partner
- Capturing of all payments and cashbook entries onto Pastel Partner
- Reconciling Foreign Creditor Accounts
- Reconciling Local Creditor Accounts
- Inventory and Stock Reports
- Updating PODs and POD register
- Ad hoc functions

The Skill’s required:
- Experience with imports
- Accounting qualification
- 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting / bookkeeping
- Excel and Pastel Partner knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
