A leader within the earthmoving industry seeks to employ a Bookkeeper to join their successful team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification
  • Matric
  • Bookkeeping / Financial certificate / qualification advantageous
Requirements
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to speak Afrikaans
  • 5 years’ bookkeeping experience
  • Full understanding of accounting
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible
Duties
  • Full bookkeeping function
  • Recons of local and foreign bank accounts to general ledger
  • Managing petty cash
  • Processing petty cash claims
  • Foreign cash float management
  • Allocating customer payments to equipment
  • Managing and processing intercompany transactions and accounts
  • VAT 201’s
  • Update clocking system
