JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification

Matric
Bookkeeping / Financial certificate / qualification advantageous

Requirements

Computer literate
Ability to speak Afrikaans
5 years’ bookkeeping experience
Full understanding of accounting
Must be available to start as soon as possible

Duties

Full bookkeeping function
Recons of local and foreign bank accounts to general ledger
Managing petty cash
Processing petty cash claims
Foreign cash float management
Allocating customer payments to equipment
Managing and processing intercompany transactions and accounts
VAT 201’s
Update clocking system
