Bookkeeper

This family owned business that operate 5 independent companies are looking for a bookkeeper to join their team.  This is a half day role and duties include:

• Capture receipting daily
• Reconcile creditors weekly
• Produce invoicing monthly 
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the companies
• Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up with creditors and debtors

Knowledge and skills as follows:

• Excel and Sage Pastel proficient
• Experience doing GL reconciliations, VAT and Journals
• Must be detail orientated
• Own reliable transport
