SUMMARY:
FMCG Concern, based in Centurion, has an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their Finance team. Sage Evolution knowledge highly advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities would include:

BOOKKEEPING:
- Full Debtors, Creditors, Cash book function
- Preparation of weekly cash flow
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Review of payments for processing & loading payments on Standard Bank Business Online
- Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses of general ledger accounts
- Prepare and process journal entries as required by the Financial Manager
- Assist with the preparation of month-end management accounts
- Assist with the preparation of external audit preparation
- Assist with the preparation of yearly budget and quarterly forecasts
- Working with and maintaining the GL structures
- Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Financial Reporting to Head Office
- Adhoc duties required by the Financial Manager

- At least 5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
- Working knowledge of Sage Evolution
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- Good Afrikaans and English communication skills (verbal & written)
