Bookkeeper

A well established and leading company, based in St Francis Bay, is currently looking to employ an experienced Bookkeeper to their team.

Transport from Humansdorp and J'Bay provided daily.

Requirements:

• Accounting up to trial balance
• Checking accuracy of creditors and debtors processing
• Checking accuracy of creditors recons and payments
• Ensuring all payments are properly authorised
• Capturing of Cashbooks/ Bank Statements and Petty Cash
• Reconciliation of Bank Statements and Petty Cash
• VAT Reconciliations and Submissions of VAT201
• Salary Recons and submissions of EMP201
• Bi weekly cash flow reports
• Updating yearly budgets on Pastel
• Monthly financial reports

Requirements are as follows:

• Matric
• Degree/diploma in bookkeeping optional
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Pastel and excel experience
• Ability to work independently

• Interacting with personnel – follow through principle
