Bookkeeper – R25k/month – JHB – Perm – Start asap – Open to all

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our well-established client is looking for a Bookkeeper, who will be reporting to the Directors of the firm, to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Full Bookkeeping function

Processing from source to management accounts

Processing monthly payroll

Invoicing clients and write off time (20 to 30 invoices per month).

Obtaining approval and preparing payments for release (5 to 10 payments per day).

Preparing and submit VAT, PAYE, UIF, and EMP501 to SARS.

All ad hoc duties

Minimum requirements

Bookkeeping /Tertiary qualification

5+ years’ experience in similar role

Sage Online.
