Bookkeeper – Durban North

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a responsible, experienced person to join their team

Responsibilities:

Capturing supplier invoices
Updating excel cash books
Loading payments
Updating Sage cashbook
Fortnightly wages
Capture savings accounts
Salaries & wages journal
Capture bank transactions
Reconcile bank accounts
Admin prepayment journals
Capture Nedfleet cards
Prepare creditor recons
Capture credit cards
Submit EMP201
Update FAR and capture depreciation journal
Instalment sale agreements journal
COS prepayments, accruals & deferred income
Review VAT reports
Review shareholder/inter-co loans
Prepare and pay salaries
Prepare monthly management accounts
Submit VAT201
Customer invoicing

Requirements:

High level of accuracy and responsibility
Team player
Proficiency in Pastel and Excel
Previous experience in a similar role
