Bookkeeper Muizenberg Southern Suburbs Cape Town

Our client a manufacturing concern in Muizenburg Cape Town is looking for a bookkeeper with 5 years’ experience working on XERO Software bookkeeping up to TB Need to be able to work on XERO accounting software. YOU MUST HAVE XERO ACCOUNTINF EXPERIENCE

Salary up to R 15000 – R 18000

Requirements

Must have 5 years min bookkeeping experience up to TB – MUST BE ON XERO

Full Capturing of all invoices, slips documents on – XERO

All Recons – All Statements and Allocation

Full VAT Calculations

Debtors and Creditors

Assist Accounting firm with audits and yearly financial statements and other documents needed.

Payroll payment on Nedbank Business Banking (Payroll outsourced)

Experience with SARS Statutory return

Payroll Journal – Simple Payroll

General Administration and Correspondence

Working on DEAR Inventory Software / System – Added advantage but not a must

Experience working on SARS efiling and Statutory returns PAYE, VAT, Emp’s and so on an ADDED ADVNTAGE

Must be accurate and have attention to detail – highly organised and deadline driven
