Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Bookkeeper for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Matric with relevant Diploma / Degree is preferable
• At least 3 - 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Working in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Syspro

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Completing the monthly control account reconciliations.
• Cash book processing
• Preparation of daily transaction requisitions
• Performing a monthly bank reconciliation
• Updating raw material schedules daily
• Assist with capturing month-end stock sheets
• Assist with general reception duties, when required
• Any general and adhoc tasks that may be required by the senior bookkeeper

Salary:  R15 000.00 per month CTC (including pension fund)
