SUMMARY:

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for an opportunity to work for an International Company?

Our client requires your expertise as a Bookkeeper with working experience to Trial Balance. This is an International property company that works within a fast pace environment. Your driven, enthusiastic, and positive personality is what will make you a suitable candidate.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Tertiary qualification advantageous

Min 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar role

Own vehicle

Solid computer literacy

Excellent attention to detail

Good team player attributes

Working hours: 9am – 6pm & 10am – 7pm

DUTIES:

Reporting to the Financial Manager
Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
Follow up on outstanding payments
Implement all general accounting practices with accordance to Homeowners Association (HOA)
Monitor all credit and debts transactions
Processing bank statements
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Ensure transactions are accurately and timeously processing
Emailing monthly statements to residents
Monitor petty cash
Capture of all new member on accounting package
Facilitate payments on invoices received
Manage Audit procedures with accordance to Homeowners Association (HOA)
Manage monthly remuneration to all staff
Control and manage monthly contracts
