POSITION INFO:

Company based in Centurion (Southdowns) is searching for a Bookkeeper to join their finance division.

Required skills and experience:

Financial Diploma / or similar qualification
Min 3 - 5 years experience
Availability to startÂ +/- 2 weeks to 1-month max
Own Transport
Good Verbal & Written Communication (English & Afrikaans)
MS Office (Intermediate to Advanced Excel)
Sage Accounting System (Evolution/Partner)
ABSA Business Integrator platform (load local payments)
Willing to work after hours for month-end/year-end deadlines if necessary
Teachable & Fast Learner
Attention to detail

Duties:

Office supplies (Stationary & Groceries)
Processing cashbooks and recons (Local and foreign currency)
Inter Co Transactions - Loan Accounts
Creditors (Local and foreign currency)
Debtors (Local and foreign currency)
Provisions & WIP (Month-end Journals) & reconciliations
Local Payments
Load Foreign Payments (foreign currency)
Update Cash balances reportÂ
