SUMMARY:
This small, family run real estate rental company in the leafy Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking for a mature, fully vaccinated Bookkeeper.

POSITION INFO:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : PERMANENT

SECTOR : PROPERTY

START DATE : IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P

DUTIES:

City of Cape Town accounts - review, reconcile and valuations

Insurance – policy reviews and claim submissions

Body corporates – attend meetings and review budgets

Debtors – hand over arrear accounts and deal with writing off bad debts

Recover money from tenants

Repairs & maintenance – deal with all aspects of external service providers

Rent – review reports received from external service providers

Capture information on Pastel

REQUIREMENT:

Fully COVID vaccinated – non negotiable

Excel – essential
