SUMMARY:
Bookkeeper

POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity for a solid Bookkeeper that enjoys being part of a dynamic team.

Duties:

Full Bookkeeping function to Trial Balance including:

Creditors

Capturing and managing supplier invoices
Loading creditors on the banking platform and timeous monthly processing of electronic payments
Reconciling creditor accounts

Debtors

Processing invoices
Sending month end statements
Providing weekly schedule
Assisting with following up on overdue amounts

Processing of cashbook

Managing and reconciliation of petty cash

Manageing and updating the fixed asset register

Monthly bank reconciliations

Assisting with completion and submission of monthly, mid year and year end SARS submissions, updating staff on system

Reconsiliations

Assisting with queries, filing, annual audit requirements

Ad Hoc duties
