SUMMARY:
Leading KZN Motorcycle dealership (retail) is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their friendly and efficient team, based in Pinetown.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities: 

  • Bookkeeping to trial balance 
  • Creditors and debtors
  • Journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash book
  • Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Petty Cash
  • Stock recons
  • VAT submission and reconciliations, SARS efiling
  • Salaries, PAYE
  • Month End bookkeeping
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Provide administrative support to management if requested

Requirements: 

  • Relevant qualification would be advantageous
  • 3-5 years bookkeeping experience (to trial balance)
  • Must be computer literate
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • SAGE / VIP experience
  • Friendly and customer focused
