SUMMARY:
Jaocbs. Manufacturers and distributors within the Building and Adhesives sector seeks competent Bookkeeper with solid Bookkeeping experience and knowledge and understanding of SAP.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Invoice customers and email sales figures and back-order reports
Process payments and check bank statements for monies paid from customers
Phone customers regarding outstanding monies and update Age Analysis
Petty cash transactions
Process supplier invoices and submit for payment
Update spreadsheets for credit card transactions
Inventory journals
Filing and drafting letters when required
Process orders when necessary
Paying of casual workers
Processing of credit notes
Process and balance cash book and petty cash
Compiling of credit applications and documentation, calling trade references
Receipting of stock on SAP from Head Office
Bookings and payments for Rep’s accommodation if necessary
Reconcile and pay suppliers on the last day of the month
Complete cash book, credit cards, and petty cash transactions on SAP
Download Age Analysis and phone o/s customers
Process GL journals, credit card journal, and loan accounts journals in order to balance to other branches
Submit monthly financial reports
