Are you a versatile Bookkeeper who has the ability to work in a small accounting company working on several clientÃ¢Â€Â™s financial portfolios simultaneously? Excellent opportunity to join a niche company to use your expertise and grow your skills.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric with relevant qualification

Min 5 – 8 years’ experience Bookkeeping experience

Payroll, UIF, VAT & WCA experience

Excellent attention to detail

Independent worker

Confident communicator with clients

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Wanting to learn and grow skills

DUTIES

Balance control accounts to Trial Balance

Reconcile debtors, creditors, bank accounts & petty cash

Working on several clients’ portfolios simultaneously

Dealing with clients for queries and information required

Processing of client’s payroll information

Working on Pastel to create creditors and debtors accounts

Perform year end procedures

Preparation, reconciliation & submission of EMP 501

Preparation and submission of VAT returns

Reconciliation of VAT liability to books and record

Registration of clients for VAT

Preparation of annual WCA returns

Salary: R dependent on experience
