Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Cleveland, Johannesburg is currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team

POSITION INFO:

To be able perform the processing and cash book of our client of is a group of companies this includes approximately 10 legal entities, monthly.

Qualification

• ICB / SAIPA (or equivalent)

Experience

• 2 - 5 years as a bookkeeper
• Filing tax returns VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, Dividends tax – on e-filing
• SARS audits including dispute resolution
• Sage Payroll
• Registrations and deregistration’s with CIPC and SARS

Skills

• Sage One / Xero / Pastel Partner
• Tax Calculations – VAT, Income Tax, Provisional Tax, Dividends tax
• Filing tax returns VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, Provisional tax, Dividends tax – on e-filing (essential)
• Sage Payroll or VIP
• Other POS systems
• Good people skills (must also be assertive)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
