A reputable company within the Hospitality industry is looking for a Bookkeeper for a 5 month maternity cover contract. This is the ideal opportunity for a Bookkeeper who is immediately available to gain experience within the Hospitality industry.

Education:
Skills/Experience required:- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance
Job Description:- Complete accounts up to trial balance of 5 to 6 copmany’s accounts which includes:
- Bank Reconciliation’s
- Journals
- Processing/capturing of Cash Books/Journals
- Completing and updating Working paper files
- Liaising with relevant hotels to resolve queries
- Fixed assets administration:
- Update fixed assets files with invoices
- Update excel spreadsheets with new amounts
- Prepare depreciation schedules
- Completing VAT for one of the companies
- Check and verify EFT payments in Standard Bank’s website
