SUMMARY:
Our client based in Rivonia is seeking a bookkeeper with no less than 3 years experience to do a three-month contract at their offices. (focusing on accounts payable, recons, processing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assisting with annual financial audits
  • Assisting fixed asset custodian
  • Assisting the procurement process owner
  • Assisting with preparation of ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Corresponding with suppliers on outstanding accounts payable
  • Corresponding internally on outstanding accounts payable
  • Compliance maintenance– ensure documentation received for processing is compliant with BEE requirements, internal control requirements, and management policy and procedures requirements
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements of account to accounts payable balances
  • Reimburse claims processing
Working experience on Pastel / SAP or similar required
