Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with a strong background in the Automotive industry to join our team in Johannesburg. If you have hands-on experience with Bookkeeping to trial balance, and possess a completed ICB qualification, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Processing bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Maintaining accurate records and managing the trial balance
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Managing cash flow and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Providing support during audits and tax preparations

• Completed ICB qualification in Bookkeeping
• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in the Automotive industry
• Proficient in bookkeeping to trial balance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
