A telecommunications service provider is currently looking for a Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator to join their finance team as soon as possible.

As the Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator, you will be involved in every aspect of the finance department ensuring that the correct information is presented on a continuous basis.

As a Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

• Check Salaries and leave the control
• Monthly PAYE submissions
• All new employee documentation
• PAYE recons
• Employment Equity submissions
• Petty Cash control and recon
• Creditors invoices
• Daily ad hoc payments
• Bank Recons

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)

Certificate / Diploma in Bookkeeping

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position

Advanced knowledge of VIP Payroll packages
