Bookings Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Coordinator required to join Company within the hospitality industry, based in Ballito. Commission only position.

POSITION INFO:

• Manage last minute bookings.
• Responsible for doing all property checks
• Check ins and check outs for bookings.
• Ensure all paperwork, processes are followed for each booking
• Skilled in social media marketing, creating posts, creating marketing campaigns for the last minute availability.
• Liaise with Booking team.
• Required to work over December & January, assisting with house checks, check in''s and check out''s.
