Bookings Clerk - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A very busy and well-established automotive dealership in Johannesburg North, is looking for a experienced Bookings Clerk to join their team.

Requirements:

Must have Bookings Clerk working experience in the Automotive Industry
Matric
Drivers license
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure
Working knowledge of Kerridge / Evolve or similar

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage the bookings of vehicles for the Workshop
Meet and greet customers
Assist customers with all warranty service and prepare associate documents
Update necessary vehicle and customer details
Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications
Assist various departments where necessary
Monitor all customer inquiries and requests

Salary: R10 000 - R14 000 Basic salary + R3 000 Incentives monthly + Co. Benefits
