JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a Vehicle Dealership in Stellenbosch is looking to employ a Bookings Clerk.

Requirements:

Matric
Telephone Etiquette
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to deal with difficult customers

Responsibilities:

Prior Automotive experience would be beneficial
Book customers vehicles and preparing Job card for daily bookings
Managing service actions, scheduling bookings
Following up on AVO
Communicate customers via e-mail, SMS and telephonically
Follow up with customers and sending reminders
Capturing information on the Autoline system
Knowledge/Experience of loading workshop hours
Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisors
