SUMMARY:
Vehicle Bookings Clerk - East Rand - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client, a Vehicle Dealership in Gauteng, is looking to employ a Vehicle Bookings Clerk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Telephone Etiquette
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to deal with difficult customers

Main job Functions:

• Book customers vehicles  and preparing Job card for daily bookings
• Managing service actions, scheduling bookings
• Following up on AVO
• Communicate customers via e-mail, SMS and telephonically
• Follow up with customers and sending reminders
• Capturing information on the Autoline system
• Knowledge/Experience of loading workshop hours
• Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisors
