SUMMARY:
Our well established luxury automotive vehicle dealer client based in Johannesburg South currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Bookings Clerk.

POSITION INFO:

Our well established luxury automotive vehicle dealer client based in Johannesburg South currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Bookings Clerk.

Salary - R13 000, and the company will pay 50% Medical Aid.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Telephone Etiquette

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to deal with difficult customers

Main job Functions:

• Book customers vehicles  and preparing Job card for daily bookings
• Managing service actions, scheduling bookings
• Following up on AVO
• Communicate customers via e-mail, SMS and telephonically
• Follow up with customers and sending reminders
• Capturing information on the Auto line system
• Knowledge/Experience of loading workshop hours
• Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisors
