Booking Consultant

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Property Industry has an opportunity available for a Booking Consultant in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Be professional
• Experience in the property industry beneficial

Duties:

• Calling our clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive
• Following up on client queries
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Book consultations for Strategists
