Requirements:

Matric certificate
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Used to making 100 - 120 phone calls per day
Maintain professional telephone etiquette
Positive, can-do attitude
Professional
Experience in the property industry would be beneficial
Valid drivers license and vehicle
Home office set up with Wi-Fi or Fibre

Duties and Responsibilities:

Calling clients/ incoming leads
Following up on client queries
Cold Calling sellers for potential Real Estate stock
Make at least 100 - 120 outbound calls per day
Qualifying clients to book a minimum of 5 viewings per day
Complete 5 ITC checks per day
