JOB DESCRIPTION:

IGrow Real Estate is looking for a Booking Agent to join their team in Cape Town, Durbanville. Apply now should you want to join SA's #1 Property Investment Group! 

 

Requirements: 

  • Matric certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Used to making 100 - 120 phone calls per day
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette 
  • Positive, can-do attitude 
  • Professional 
  • Experience in the property industry would be beneficial 
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle 
  • Home office set up with Wi-Fi or Fibre 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calling clients/ incoming leads
  • Following up on client queries
  • Cold Calling sellers for potential Real Estate stock 
  • Make at least 100 - 120 outbound calls per day
  • Qualifying clients to book a minimum of 5 viewings per day 
  • Complete 5 ITC checks per day
