Bonds Secretary (FNB Bonds)

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Bonds Secretary with experience with FNB bonds.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience (current or very recent) with FNB bond registrations
• Grade 12
• Previous experience with E4, Ghostpractice & Lexis Sign essential
• Previous experience with Lexpro, MyAttorney and Easysell will be an advantage

Skills:

• Good communication skills;
• Strong administrative abilities;
• Must perform well in a group structure;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have the ability to:
• Perform well under high pressure;
• Be able to attend to FNB bond registrations
• FNB bond registration experience will be an advantage but not essential;
• Experience in FNB legal cancellations an advantage but not essential
• Prep documentation with a high level of meticulousness;
• Adhere to strict turnaround times;
• Read, write and speak English fluently;
