JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and Conveyancing Course/ Paralegal diploma essential
Minimum 4 years bonds experience in a law firm
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Required)
MS Office Proficient - Advanced
Experience working on LexisConvey, GhostConvey and Legal Suite
Experience in residential bond work, specifically experience handling bond work from ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank and FNB would be advantageous
Experience handling property transfers
Drivers License and own vehicle
