Opportunity Available! Our client in the Legal Sector is looking to employ a Bonds Manager to join their dynamic team in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Responsible for managing the Referral Management process - matching
Pre-Approved Buyers with Real Estate Agent sellers Primary Responsibility Initiate and implement strategies to increase pre-approved Buyers and the matching conversion thereof to supporting Real Estate Agent sellers.
Key involvement in development and maintenance of Referral Management process.
Ensure that all leads reach the correct Agents and are responded to timeously.
Custodian of Referral system and processes.
Control access and sharing of information.
Arbitration and dispute resolution regarding referrals applying rules and policies.
Attend meetings and travel nationally when required.
Important Company training and support to Internal and External parties and advise them on application of company policies and rules.
Negotiate agreements with outside parties to pass leads and update rules as required.

Job Requirement

Matric qualification
3 to 5 years in managing
Managing the Bonds Department
The ability and experience to manage and grow relationships with Key Stakeholders to grow the Bonds business will be an advantage
Degree
