SUMMARY:
Our well established client in property investment is wanting you to bring your DealMaker experience and communication skills gained in a bond origination company to assist their growing investment pool make the right decision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:
  • Consult with investors
  • Obtain financial information from investors
  • Complete application forms, capture and submit applications via DealMaker
  • Follow up on applications
  • Appeal declined applications
  • Ensure agreements are signed timeously
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENT:
  • 2 years’ experience as a bond administrator / consultant – non negotiable
  • Must come from a bond origination company
  • Well spoken and organized
  • DealMaker experience (non-negotiable)
  • Able to work in pressurized environment
