Boilermaker

SUMMARY:
My client situated in Kimberley are looking for a Qualified Boilermaker in the Northern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Candiate will be responsible for th manufacturing and building of steel structures , plate and piping in accordance with sound engineering and equipment specifications

• TAKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Construct and Fabricate steel wrk in a mining underground enviorment
• Miantain wnders and rock flow equipment
• Perform inspections in accordance with Mine Health and Safety Act , manufacturing and Company standards
• Motivate and maintain good relationships with operational personnel
• Assign corrctive measures and follow up on outstadning /overdue actions
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Plan and manage the training and development of ersonnel
• Must be prepared to work outside normal working hours , shifts ,standby and overtime if required to do so
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 10/NATED1/NCV Level1
• Grade 12 /NATED 3/NCV level3 will be advantage
• Boilermake Trade test Certificate through a recognised Apprenticeship
• 3-4 yeas  post apprenticeship experience preferable
• Valid Driver License -EB
• THER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English
• Sound knowledge o mining and metallurgy diamond processes
• Ability to lead and guide team
